- First fry onion in a pan in oil till brown
- Take it out keep aside
- In same oil fry lady fingers in it 5 to 6 min take it out keep aside
- Add all spices in it fry well till oil left
- Add meat in it add ginger garlic paste fry till oil left
- Grind brown onion and yogurt in grinder and add it in pan
- Cook in a low flame till oil left
- Add half cup water if meat is not tender when water dry and meat completely tender
- Add lady fingers in it 3 tbsp water and cook for 6 min
- Now yummy bhindi gosht ready to serve
Now cut Okra by removing head and tail in to half inch slices. In a large pan heat oil over high heat, add onions and fry until change color and edges turn light brown.
