Pour in the milk and cream. Alfredo is a creamy, dreamy pan sauce made from butter and Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese. There are a few additions and adaptations that exist. Unlike béchamel — another classic sauce — Alfredo is best made and eaten straight away.

Instructions to make Alfredo Pasta:
  1. First boil pasta drain it & keep aside.
  2. In pan add oil, garlic & cook chicken till it tender..keep chicken strips aside..
  3. In same pan add butter add milk, cheese, cream & all seasoning cook for 5 min..Tip : mixture should not be v thick..
  4. Then add boiled pasta & chicken mix it upside down setve hot.. enjoy..

You can use Alfredo for coating broccoli or, most famously, fettuccine. Simmer the pasta in the sauce. The pasta will exude extra starch, adding body to the sauce.
