- Take 1/2 cup wheat flour

- Prepare 1 tsp red chilli powder

- Take Salt to taste
- Get 1 big onion
- Take 1 cup methi or palak
- Take 1/2 cup curd
When it comes to serving, the jowar thalipeeth can be served with 'N' no of sides. Method: In a mixing bowl combine the jowar flour, besan,red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds and salt. Add the chopped onion, coriander leaves, yoghurt and sufficient water to make a soft dough. Divide dough into equal portion make a balls.

- In a big mixing bowl add all the ingredients and mix well
- Add curd and mix, add water as required and knead into a soft dough
- Take a tawa apply oil and spread a small ball size dough on it
- Alternative you can also do it on a aluminium foil, or parchment paper and put it on tawa
- Now cook it from both the sides till golden brown
- Serve with your favourite chutney, pickle and curd
