- Knead a firm and semi soft dough. Grease hands with little ghee and knead the dough again.
- Cover it and let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Start making paratha. Take a tawa.Place it on gas fire.Keep the heat low.
- Take some portion from the dough to make paratha. Roll it round in shape,thickness can be kept as per your choice.
- Place the paratha on tawa.Roast the paratha both the sides applying ghee as needed.Cook till golden brown and cooked well.
- Similarly make rest of the paratha.
