Steps to make Veg Lasagna:
- To prepare White sauce - take butter, garlic and maida. Roast it. Don't make it red.
- Add milk. Mix it well. Add cheese slices. Add the herbs, red chilli flakes, salt.
- For mixed vegetables - Take a pan, add oil. Add vegetables, salt, mixed herbs, red chilli flakes. Keep it half cook.
- Now start assembling. Add pasta sauce, white Sauce, vegetables, grated cheese and pasta sheets. Follow same and repeat two or three times..
- Grate the cheese on the top. Bake on 180 for some 20-25 minutes. Serve hot.
This vegetarian lasagna is comfort food at it's best. Stuffed with herbed ricotta, mushrooms, and kale and topped with delicious melty cheese. Assemble the lasagna by layering the vegetable sauce, noodles, the ricotta mixture, and shredded cheese. In a separate bowl, combine ricotta, eggs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. To assemble, spread a little of the vegetable/tomato sauce in a lasagna pan.
