- #Rabdi….. Rabri is a popular north indian sweet made from milk. - basically rabri is thickened sweetened milk having layers of malai or cream in it.
- Firstly Keep milk for boiling. - After 1st boil keep the flame on low and let it boil till the milk quantity reduces to half.
- Now add sugar and boil for few mins. - Then add milkmaid and boil till you get thick rabdi consistency.
- Off the flame and let it cool at room temperature. - Then Keep in fridge for an hour
- Now cut the sides of bread and cut into two pieces. - Now heat ghee In a pan and deep fry bread slices on medium flame till crispy golden brown.
- Remove it on a kitchen paper napkin to absorb excess oil. - Now peel the bananas cut into pieces and churn it.
- Combine the banana puree with rabdi and mix it well. - Now take a square shape dish to assemble #ShahiTukda_Lasagna.
- Firstly spread 2-3 tbsp of banana rabdi at the base. - Drizzle some Strawberry crush over it.
- Now cover rabdi with the bread pieces. - Again put a layer of Banana Rabdi drizzle strawberry crush.
- Again put a layer of bread pieces then banana rabdi drizzle strawberry crush.
- Make 2-3 layers as per your choice. - Now garnish with chopped dry fruits and keep it in fridge for 5-6 hours till it is set. - Served chilled.
