- Cook minced meat in a cooker with ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, salt and pepper powder.
- Take a pan, put oil in it, then put onion saute it till it get tender then put cooked meat &marinara sauce, cook it in low flame for 5 mins, then garnish it with parsley.
- When the mixture get tighten,take a micro safe bowl put the meat mixture at bottom and put some grated cheddar cheese too,on that mixture put a roti on that roti put the white sauce layer,then put some mixture then roti,likewise form 2-3 layers,at the top layer garnish it with lots of grated mozzarella cheese,chilli flakes and Italian seasonings.
- Cook it in an oven for 15 mins at 180°c.
