- First heat tsp of oil in a pan add garlic and stir for few secs.add onion and all chopped vegetables.Saute on high flame till the vegetables becomes tender(for few minutes)add salt,sugar and black pepper powder,mix well and switch off the flame.
- Now grease a micro proof bowl or tray, first spread white sauce at bottom layer evenly.then arrange the bread slices evenly without leaving gapas much as possible).
- Now spread red sauce over the bread layer.again make a layer of bread slices and spread red sauce once again over the bread slices.Grate paneer over the red sauce layer.
- Now spread prepared vegetable mixture all over the bowl.spread evenly and press lightly.
- Now spread white sauce over the veggies.
- Now grate cheese cubes over the white sauce layer.Sprinkle some chilli flakes, black pepper powder and mixed herbs.
- Cover the bowl with aluminium foil and bake for 20 mins in preheated microwave oven on 170℃.
- After 20 mins,remove foil and cook for another 10 mins.
- Vegetable bread lasagna is ready.Let it sit for 10 -15 mins after that cut it to make slices and serve.
- Making white sauce - heat butter in a pan, add flour and stir for few secs add milk (little at a time)stir continuously there shouldn't be any lumps.Cook until creamy insert a bay leaf and clove in a onion and put it in a sauce pan.Stir/cook for a min add salt and pepper mix well and switch off the heat.white sauce is ready.
