- Wash Aloo, Gajar & Matar properly, then chop Gajar, Aloo in medium-small size pieces.
- Chop Green Chillies very finely.
- Now take a pan or Kadhai, add 1 Big Spoon Oil in it & keep the gas on medium flame.
- When oil gets heated up, add 1 Tea Spoon Jeera & 1 Pinch Hing in it & let them sizzle.
- When they start sizzling, add chopped aloo & Gajar pieces in it & cook them for 3-4 minutes.
- After 3-4 minutes, add finely chopped green chillies & 1 Table Spoon Ginger paste in it & mix them properly.
- Now cover the lid & cook them for 5-7 minutes till they become soft.
- After 5-7 minutes, open the lid & add spices mix, 1 Cup Frozen Matar in it & roast them for 2-3 minutes.
- After 2-3 minutes, stir them properly & add 1/2 Tea Spoon Garam Masala in it & mix them properly.
- Your Aloo Gajar Matar is ready to be served.
