  3. Boil and cook covered till palak saag and veggies become soft.
  4. Meanwhile fry the bodi in medium heat for 2 minutes and then add oil (odourless) fry till crunchy. Break into pieces.
  5. Add fried bodi pieces to the boiled palak and veggies.
  6. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add and allow to crackle the mustard seeds.
  7. Then fry chopped garlic and green chilli. Fry for a minute on medium flame.
  8. Add chopped onions and fry till translucent.
  9. Add the cooked palak and bodi to fried onion mixing well.
  10. Mix half cup of milk, mix and cook covered for 2 minute. - - Serve hot palak, bodi flavourful odia tarkari with roti/poori/steamed rice. - Thanks
