- First soak wash n soak rice for 20 min. Then boul it in a pan until it is cooked 80 % add all the garam masala during boiling.
- Now take all the veggies and chopped them, now take a pan add ghee n heay it add onion and ginger garlic paste now when onion becomes transparent add tomato puree to it and all the veggies n spices also cook them for 2-3 min.
- Now take a pan add ghee n cumin seeds, turmeric powder n rice just give a quick stir keep it aside
- Now assemble birayani first veggies layer then rice layer then again veggies layer n then rice n at lastcover the pan and cook it for 4-5 min. Biryani is ready
