- Now add all the spices powders, saute for a while and then add 3 tbsp curd and saute until you see the oil is released. now add soaked rice and mix gently. please do not over mix. Now add 2 cups of warm water and mix it very gently. Switch the flame to very low.
- Now it's time to cover the lid and make sure no steam comes out from the biryani pot. After 5 mins, open the lid and stir it very gently and again cover the lid and steam it for another 5 more mins. Now switch off the flame.
