  6. After 3-4 minutes, add finely chopped green chillies & 1 Table Spoon Ginger paste in it & mix them properly.
  7. Now cover the lid & cook them for 5-7 minutes till they become soft.
  8. After 5-7 minutes, open the lid & add spices mix, 1 Cup Frozen Matar in it & roast them for 2-3 minutes.
  9. After 2-3 minutes, stir them properly & add 1/2 Tea Spoon Garam Masala in it & mix them properly.
  10. Your Aloo Gajar Matar is ready to be served.
