  4. Strain the boiling mint water. Add the remaining 2½cup of sugar in d dissolved sugar followed by the boiling mint water.
  5. Add d lemon juice n continue to simmer for 20min, add colour n flavour stir.
  6. Remove from heat n allow to cool the syrup will thicken store in an air tight container n refridge can last for 3month.
  7. NB: syrup making is slow process n need low flame. If ur syrup Crystalized add water n boil again.
  8. I didn't add any colour to my syrup cos I don't have green colour.
