- Take a pan or kadhai add butter and bay leaf saute till it turns aromatic.
- After that add finelt chopped onions, garlic saute till it turns golden brown.
- Meanwhile clean, wash and boil the spinach leaves with adding water and 1 tbsp sugar. Once spinach was boiled then drain off it.
- After 5 minutes add that boiled spinach leaves to into it. Saute it till it shrink the size.
- Now, allow to cool completely and remove bay leaf.
- Transfer the mixture blender and blend it smoothly with using water.
- Furthermore, transfer the blended puree to same pan.
- Now add milk and mix it well. Add black pepper powder and salt & give good mix.
- After that add sugar and boil it for 5-7 minutes. And pour the soup in serving bowl.
- Finally, enjoy the spinach soup with toast.
