- Now add in powdered cashew powder and stir continuously on low flame, the mixture forms a paste and start to thicken.
- Once the mixture separates from pan and add ghee or butter.
- Mix well till the mixture forms a thick paste.
- Switch off the flame and grease the butter paper with ghee. transfer the cashew dough on to the butter paper.
- Allow it to cool 5 to 10 minutes. - grease your hand with little ghee and knead 30 seconds. be careful as the dough will be very hot.
- Once you get smooth dough, cover with butter paper and roll slightly thick and live it for 4 to 5 hour or it’s completely cool. - After that cut the dough into diamond shape or any shape.
