  7. Get Salt as per taste
  8. Make ready 2-3 chopped green chillies

Steps to make Suji toast:
  1. Take a bowl mix Suji/semolina and malai/cream/ milk and keep aside for 10 mints..
  2. After 10 mints mix chopped onion, tamato, coriander leaves, grated carrot, salt, green chillies and black pepper powder nicely in Suji paste..
  3. Now take a bread slice apply the mixture evenly on one side of the bread slice.. Heat tawa/ pan cook the bread slice nicely from both side by applying oil..
  4. Our tasty Suji toast are ready to eat.. Enjoy them with tamato ketchup..

They are a necessary accompaniment to tea time, and great for snacking. The undertones of cardamom flavor add a bit extra zing! If you are preparing suji toasts in large quantity, don't spread rava-veggie topping mixture on all the bread slices once as they tend to turn soggy. For cooking rava toast, heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and grease it with little oil. You can use ghee or butter too.
