- In the morning when its cooled take it out and slice the meat it will fall apart. Keep the meat juices but remove fat if there is any. Add 2 Dried Beef cubes to the juice stir in.
- Add salt n pepper then add 1 tbls cornstarch/flour in a cup of cold water. Then add to the gravy stir and add the meat back and put on low for 2 hours.
- After the two hours bring out add the meat to a dish and thicken the gravy some more in a saucepan with another heaped tsp cornstarch /flour in a tiny drop of cold water.stir until thick enough. Serve with Mashed potato & peas.
