Instructions to make Pakode wali kadi:
  1. Take a bowl mix garm flour and yogurt nicely.. Add water to it and again mix nicely..
  2. After mixing heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, hing, Rai, curry leaves, dry red chillies when they crackel pour the mixture using a stainer so that it is lumps free..
  3. Now add water, salt, red chilli powder, haldi powder, coriander powder and stir continuously till it starts boiling.. Once it is boiling lower the flame and let it cook without covering.. Stir it after every 5-7 mints..
  4. In the meanwhile prepare pakoda for kadi.. Take a bowl make a thick paste of garam flour and water.. Mix it well till it is smooth..
  5. Now our pakoda batter is ready.. In hot oil make small size pakoda and fry them nicely and take them out in kitchen towel to absorb excess oil and keep aside..
  6. After 35-40 mints of cooking kadi pour the pakoda in kadi mix them and let it cook for more 15-20 mints..
  7. After an hour our pakoda kadi is ready to serve.. Enjoy the hot kadi with zeeta rice or chapattis..
