  7. Prepare 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  8. Make ready 1/4 tsp chilli powder

  10. Take 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
  11. Prepare 2 tbsp cream
  12. Prepare 2 tbsp cashew paste
  13. Make ready 1 tsp kasuri methi

Cook with the lid covered until cooked. Combine the sweet corn kernels and ½ cup of water in a mixer and blend to a coarse paste. Method for making Paneer and Corn sabzi. Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions.

Steps to make Paneer and corn sabzi:
  1. Heat oil in a kadhai. Add cumin seeds and bay leaf.
  2. Then add chopped onions and fry till light pink, then add ginger garlic paste… saute.. add chopped tomatoes… cook for 2 mins till soft and mushy..
  3. Then add all the masala powder and 1/2tsp salt… add little water and cook till oil leaves sides.. then add the sweet corn.. mix and cook well for 10 mins… add cashew paste and paneer mix well. Add kasuri methi and cook for another 5 mins
  4. Drizzle cream and serve hot

Method for making Paneer and Corn sabzi. Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions. Now add the tomatoes and fry again for sometime. Add the cumin powder, red chilli powder and salt. Paneer and Corn sabzi is ready to.
