- Cut the ewedu leaves rinse well then put oil on fire then add little potash and add the locust beans when the water start boiling add your leaves ewedu and when it soft put in blender and blend pour back to the pot add your seasoning cubes and little salt give it a stir it done.
- Rinse your beef boil with seasoning and salt with onions
- When it done add your blended sumbo and attarodo I love it hot then add your stock meat leave to boil well then fry your meat one side give the stew another stir then add your seasoning cube and salt then add your meat give it another stir then leave for 2mins it done
