- First make ball roll with rolling pin add desi ghee and then cut from center and keep rolling and make again a ball to make paratha.
- Again Roll with rolling pin in circle and put on tawa as one side is half cook turn it's side and put desi ghee.
- Now mix all ingredients in egg add 5 tbsp water in egg beat it.and put on pan
- Then half cook paratha put on it cook one side then with spatula turn it's side cook other side your paratha omelet is ready.
- Then serve hot. My kids love too eat in breakfast.
