  6. Make ready 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red Chilli powder
  7. Take Pinch Hing
  8. Prepare as per taste Salt (we have put chat Masala which also has salt)
  9. Prepare 2-3 tablespoons water
  10. Take as required Oil for frying

In this recipe, our usual Kaju or cashew nuts are roasted in ghee along with curry leaves, salt, red chilli powder and chaat masala powder. While the red chilli powder adds spiciness to the Kaju, Chaat masala powder adds a tangy twist to it. These Spicy Roasted Cashew Nuts aka Masala Kaju are a quick and straightforward snack to throw together. Raw cashews are mixed with some powdered spices such as black pepper and chili and roasted to crunchy perfection.

Steps to make Spicy Masala Cashews:
  1. Take cashews in a bowl.
  2. Add all dry Masalas,Besan and rice flour into it.
  3. Mix well and now add water one tablespoon and mix and another one till it is coated well. Dont add it altogether.
  4. Keep oil for frying. Deep fry time by putting one by one so that it doesn't stick to each other. Fry in batches.
  5. Take out in tissue paper so that it absorbs all the oil.y sprinkle chat Masala if you like.
  6. Serve with some tea..you will relish it.
