- Part boil the potatoes in salt ed water for 5 minutes drain and then add to the oven dish with a cup veg oil cook on 180°C for 20 minutes turning them over half way.
- Take the beef out of the oven let cool and then slice and add to serving plate. Add the veg and roast potatoes then pour the gravy over and serve.
