- Boil water and drop Haka noodles in it!Let it boil for 5minutes. Remove and strain. Sprinkle 1tsp oil. Keep it aside.
- Heat a pan, add 2tsp oil, chopped garlic, onion and ginger garlic paste. Stir fry for 5 minutes
- Add cabbage and carrots and continue to stir fry for 5minutes. Add salt, pepper, soya sauce, tomato sauce and vinegar.
- Add boiled and drained noodles and stir fry for another 5minutes. Sprinkle spring onions and serve.
