  1. Take a pot put wheat, jau, chana daal, haldi,salt 1tbsp and fill withwater
  2. Cover with lid for cook till completly cook
  3. Than take another pot put oil in it than onion fry it than add meat in it fry it
  4. Now add ginger garlic paste and all spices with splash of water
  5. Bhunofy well than add water to tender the meat
  6. When all anaj cooked well grind it in blender and take a side
  7. Now separate the meat from bones and shred it
  8. Now mix anaj and shreded meat together and start ghutofy
  9. Sprinkle garam masala and again ghutofy well
  10. After few minutes haleem is ready and turn off the flame
  11. Serve in bowl garnish with dhania podina and adrak and lemon and enjoy with nan
