- Get 3/4 cup Sugar/ jaggery
- Take 2 cup Fresh Coconut
- Prepare 1 cup Water /Milk (optional)
- Get 1/2 cup Roasted nuts (almonds, cashew, walnut, kismish, pista)
- Prepare as per taste Cardamom powder

- Add 3/4 cup sugar along with 1 cup water in to the pan (you can used milk in the place of water, I used some amount of jaggery for color and softness) and mix it well after sometime when sugar is dissolved into water then add fresh crushed coconut.
- Mix it well and leave it for 10 min, begin to cook stirring often to prevent burning, when the sugar begin to melt mixture becomes thick.
- Cook till the mixture gets cooked well and all moisture is evaporates,add Roasted nut, cardamom powder and stir it well. Set aside till the temperature comes down.
- When the temperature is comes down, take small portion of the mixture to your palms and make it into ball shape, make sure that balls are still warm and moist.
- Now Ladoo is ready, Store it in an airtight jar and refrigerate it.
