  3. After 1 hour open the cloth, knead the paneer for about 10 minutes.
  4. After 10 minutes paneer is shaped like a chapatti mixture. Now form small balls from it.
  5. Meanwhile boil 1 litre of water in a kadai, and add sugar to it. Wait until the sugar dissolves completely into the water. It may take nearly 5-7 minutes in high flame.
  6. After the sugar is dissolved completely, add rose syrup. Now add the paneer balls to it.
  7. Close the kadai and heat for 10 minutes in high flame. You can see the rasgullas size are doubled.
  8. Again heat for 5 minutes in low flame. Switch off the stove and transfer rasgullas to other bowl. Keep them aside for about 6 hours.
  9. After 6hrs the sugar syrup will be completely dissolved into the sugar pieces. Now taste the rasgullas.
  10. Yummy pink rasgullas are ready to serve. Do it at special occasions and enjoy.
