- In a pressure cooker add oil. Put laung and cinnamon in it. Add mutton, ginger garlic paste and all dry masala. Add sliced onion too. Saute for 10 minutes then close the cooker and after 1 whistle lower the flame to medium and cook for 15 minutes.
- Add cooked mutton in wheat and dal mixture and simmer for 5 minutes. Garnish with fried onion and coriander.
