Stir and add red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, haldi and salt. Mix well and add the chopped banana pieces (peal raw banana and chop to medium size pieces) and tomatoes. Boil in salt water until cooked. Grind coconut, cumin, coriander seeds, green chillies and a tsp mustard seeds into a smooth paste and add the paste to the cooked raw banana pieces and boil well.

  1. Peel and wash the raw banana. Cut into pieces.
  2. Roast the gram flour, keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pressure cooker add hing and cumin seeds when crackle add all spices except garam masala.
  4. Saute and add curd and mix well.
  5. Now add roasted gram flour, cut banana and enough water.
  6. Take 2 whistles, switch off the flame.
  7. Add garam masala and serve with roti.
