- Once baked- Take it out, allow it to cool completely & then flip it onto it's bottom side (refer the pics), garnish with the sprinkled icing sugar and orange slices/zests, etc. according to your choice
- Since, this is called the UPSIDE DOWN CAKE It’s to be served: at it's bottom part as the UP & top most part at it's DOWN
