- Now take a cake tin grease it with oil then place round shape cutted plum then pour cake batter.
- Take a gas oven or cooker put sand or salt then place round shape ring then place baking tin. Bake it in low flame in gas oven for 45min. Or untill it cook properly. Now let it cook completely and then remove from tin.
- Note:- if your plum is sour then caramalised in sugar then place it in tin.
Arrange the plums, cut-side down, on top. For the batter: Whisk the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves and salt in a medium bowl. Beat the sugar and butter together in a large bowl. Place a serving plate over the top of the tin then swiftly but smoothly flip the cake tin upside down. Sprinkle toasted walnuts and brown sugar evenly in pan.
