  6. Make ready 2 cups green beans halved
  7. Take 1 red pepper chunky chopped
  8. Get 200 g baby corn halved lengthwise
  9. Make ready 1 small pineapple chopped
  10. Get 400 g prawns
  11. Get 2 tblsp coriander chopped

Cut into wedges and serve sprinkled with coriander leaves. In a medium bowl combine the sriracha sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and pineapple juice. Add the peeled shrimp to the marinade and stir to coat. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  3. Add coriander, and remove from heat and stir. Season with salt and pepper and serve hot 🤩
