- Preheat oven to 350F. Turn on oven to the conventional heating with fan mode.
- Get a large oven-safe dish ready. Thoroughly wash your broccoli, cut up into thin pieces (helps the stems get nice and crispy in the oven), pat dry, and place in oven dish.
- Mix all the liquids together. Everything in this recipe is adjustable, taste as you go and adjust amounts to your taste. As we say in Turkey, "goz karari" :)
- Toss the broccoli in the tahini sauce, evenly coating all pieces. Evenly distribute the broccoli in the baking dish.
- Cook broccoli for 25-30 minutes, or until the stems of the broccoli are slightly crispy. You want them to get nice and caramelized, slightly darken, but not burn.
- Try this sauce with brussel sprouts or cauli!! It's delicious and an added sauce of healthy fats for my keto katz and kittenz;)
Toss broccoli in avocado oil, paprika, and a generous shake of salt and pepper. While broccoli cooks, prepare the sauce. Whisk together tahini, lemon juice, garlic powder, and a generous shake of salt and pepper. Place all of the ingredients except for the broccoli in a large bowl and whisk to combine. Add broccoli and toss well to thoroughly coat.
